- Transfer Certificate
- Community Certificate
- Adhar Card
- Ration Card
- Pan card (optional)
- Migration Certificate (For students who studied other than Tamilnadu)
- Eligibility certificate (For students who studied other than Tamilnadu)
- Medical Fitness (original) with reports of the mentioned tests
- Conduct and Attendance certificate
- Passport size photograph (6 No's)
